I purchased Phones from this outfit they did not come programed as I requested. I asked if they where SIP compatible and was informed they where I made the mistake of thinking if I asked for something then they would send me what I asked for when. I contacted them they said I lied that I did not specify any programming, I let it slide told them what I was connecting the phones to and sent the phones back to be reprogrammed, again they sent me phones that where not compatible with open sip. I sent the phones back for refund. After they had the phones for two weeks I contacted them about my refund, after a few days I got an email stating that a refund had been issued. Two days later I am still waiting for my refund. They screen there calls and won't return mine. They have quite answering my emails. I have been very patient with them and have taken all the accusations by them that, My Cisco tech was lying to me, That Cbeyond was lying to me, and that I was a lier, now they have the equipment and my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone in fact I suggest you steer clear of them.

Mr Newton we refunded you money long time ago. We have also sent you confirmation on credit back to your credit card. You have confirmed it in the email also. It took us longer to refund your money because you asked us to ship 2 set of phones with and without SIP firmware and that used the phones and returned it blaming the phones but as your tech were not able to install it with Cbeyond. We sell several phones each month and we assume that the buyer is aware of the usage of the product they buy from us. You can blame a seller if the installer is not able to install the system.
