Worst Customer Experience

I would choose no zero stars if I could. Please learn from my mistake and do not use Teletrac. They sound great up front until you sign the contract. Good luck trying to end your service at the end of the contract. If you do not send the cancellation by certified mail then they will say they never received it. Then oops your account automatically renews for another year and you are forced to pay it even though you do not want it and had cancelled their service. This is my worst customer experience in the near 20 years I have been in business.
