We used this company on the recommendation of someone.
Well, they took FOREVER and CHANGED OUR CONTRACT PRICE, WITHOUT OUR CONSENT!
Per the Contractor's Board, this is illegal and they advised us to file a complaint which we did. They ruled in our favor and as a result, we rec'd our money back ($$ they charged us for incidental fees such as nail, etc) from their bond company.
We had to have them come back because our patio was stained with cement. They did clean it up but the stains are still there. (also, stains on our expensive paver patio).
A few day job took about a month. Lesson learned...always write up the time frame in the contract.
