I tried to work with my bank for nearly four years on a mortgage modification. The recession hit while I was on my last deployment in the middle east and two years before I retired from the military they told me twice to call them back after I retire and then maybe they would help. I have never missed a payment and now I was digging into my retirement funds to make ends meet. So much for Vets receiving HARP assistance.
I received a call from Jesse Flores at Oak Ridge Financial offering assistance on a loan modification, he really had to convince me about their program because I was very skeptical. A few days later I received a call from John Matthews and like Jesse, took the time to explain every little detail. Later I received calls from Angie Pham, what a sweetheart. Like the Jesse and John she would inform me of the progress of my account reassuring me so that I wouldn't be so nervous and they kept there word!
With the savings they created I can now enjoy me retirement and pay my mortgage off on time! I would absolutely recommend Oak Ridge Financial to any of my friends, they are very much appreciated!
