This company dealer have the worst service I ever experience in my life.
I have bought so many car from Toyota,Honda,Lexus,Mercedes dealer. They are very professional and put customer first.
In this dealer, the finance director ( Patrick )is specially so stupid , un-professional and act like he is the best in the world.
He treat customer like nobody. But he is so wrong. He get pay and money to bring home and support his stupid family from the customer who came and buy car from this dealer.
After this bad service from this Finance Director, I will never came there again, including take my car to somewhere else for oil change.
I advice everyone will pick this dealer is the last choice in their list to shop for car. In order to avoid the bad experience I have.
