Good Rates, Agent service Ok could use improvement

They got me a good deal saved me a few dollars, the process was pretty slow female agent needed more training on how to do her job very sloppy. I spoke to two different managers before i finally got done! I also waited 1 hr for my proof so I can send the dmv! overall it was ok.
