I'm concerned about the manner in which this company handles problems regarding ticket confirmations and sales. After a system crash in which credit cards were charged, but no orders were placed in the system, the company refuses to give information regarding the status of the order. After calling repeatedly, I have no recieved any information aside from "we are currently processing the orders manually, we cannot give any information regarding whether or not you actually have tickets." During this time, I am waiting with a $700 pending fee on my credit card, that the credit card company cannot block because ILAA's billing system recieved confirmation of the payment, while I still don't know if I actually will recieve tickets. This is also cumbersome in that it prevents me from getting tickets in another manner, as I have to worry about being stuck with tickets I don't need in the case that they are able to give me the tickets they are trying to process.
What is truly infuriating is that this occurred the first time this particular artist (New Kids on the Block) offer VIP tickets through ILAA. Too many buyers overloaded their system, and they have not taken action to prevent it from happening again. I truly hope many people give feedback, in the hopes that they will change their system.
I will say the individuals at the company are polite, but not very helpful in the greater sense of the word.
