Review 4/1/2009

I sympathize with all the other reviews regarding this company.
I have been trying to get a response from them since attending the 5* NKOTB event 2 weeks ago, with 2 5* VIP tickets purchased through ILAA for my 30th birthday gift with my Sister in Law.
We did not get what was promised on the tickets. I have made every effort to contact the company in person at the concert venue and via email and letter as soon as I got home.
They have ignored me and refused to respond or comment on my request for either a partial refund or some form of recompense (a token gesture would be nice considering the amount we paid and that we did not get one major part of what was advertised as being part of the 5* VIP).
I have given them to Monday to respond, but failing that I will report them to the BBB and also will be seeing my attorney. It is very sad when the customer pays a lot of hard earned money for these tickets, through no fault of their own does not get what was promised and then the company treats you very badly by not even having the courtesy to respond or make amends.
It's abysmal customer service and has totally put me off using companies such as this. If I get a response I shall let you all know, and if it is favorable then I shall remove this review. In the mean time I think it is fair to warn others of my experience with I Love All Access.
If I could give them zero stars I would.
