I bought bags from Viking and the locks don't work, when I contacted them about this and requested they replace the locks they told me to use JB weld to fix the locks. the bags are only 1 week old and the lids will not stay closed. the locks don't work
but they don't care they got my money and are not interested in fixing the problem!! don't buy anything from Viking bags there service sucks!!!
