I will NEVER buy another VIZIO product

I purchased a 32" LED HDTV in September of 2012. Last night it stopped working all of a sudden. When we plugged it in there was no amber light or anything. I thought to myself "We will just buy a replacement TV and they should refund our purchase because it's under warranty. When our Sanyo TV broke outside of warranty they still refunded our money." Boy was I EVER wrong.
I contacted their customer service and spoke to a customer service rep named Stewie. He was rude and inconsiderate and informed me that "That's not our policy, we don't do refunds. If you want a refund you would have to go to the place you purchased it within 90 days" How the HELL was I to know my TV would break outside of 90 days. I asked the rep if it was deemed unrepairable what would the company do then to which I was told "We would offer a replacement but we still would not refund your money." I told the rep that I do not wish to own VIZIO products any further and that I just wanted a refund. To which he informed me "We can offer to repair it but we won't give you your money back" I don't want them to repair it because I don't want to own it any longer. Anything that breaks in 4 months will just break again. You can dress up a skunk but it doesn't change the fact that it is a skunk.
VIZIO should take a page from Sanyo. The customer is ALWAYS right and I should have been the one to say repair it or refund it, not VIZIO, since it was THEIR product that is faulty.
