Horrible Customer Service.
I placed an order and waited a week before I sent an email to find out what was going on with my order because it was still under "processing" status.
Received an email back stating that my order is sold out and is currently under "back order", they are awaiting shipment to arrive and it has cleared customs. They would be getting the shipment that week, which would mean my order would be sent out in the same week it came in right?... Wrong!
I waited another 10 days and checked everyday and it still posted as "processing".
What really made this unpleasant was that under "company policy" they did not fulfill their "sales policy" agreement stating that they will alert me if the order is sold out and placed on back order. Yet I have given them a week to notify me.
