There have been a lot of complaints against this company and I'm next in line. I signed up for a "free trial" of the teeth whitener only to be charged $78.93 on my account. I called to happily return the second box of whitener I received (I was surprised I had gotten a second box). I didn't realize that I was signed up for an automatic monthly shipment. I also asked that my account be credited for this second shipment since I was willing to return it, but was told I was outside the 14 day trial period and there could not be any refunds. It was never clear whether they meant that the 14 trial period was from the first day you submitted your request for the "free trial." It was like talking to a broken record. The rep and I kept going around and around, getting nowhere. I tried to be forwarded to a manager, but the "manager was unavailable." This company is a total scam. If anyone is even considering the free trial my recommendation is to run away as fast as you can!! You will be out at least $78.93!!
