Great Experience!

I very rarely leave reviews for companies, good or bad, but after having such a great experience with this company, I felt compelled to write something. First, my husband and I did a LOT of research looking for a bedroom set and a sectional sofa that would
fit our budget. After spending an evening becoming more and more frustrated (looking for both new furniture and used furniture) by the lack of affordable options, we finally stumbled upon E-budget Furniture. I have to admit that I was really unsure about purchasing
furniture from an online only retailer. What if they took our money and never delivered anything or just delivered us junky broken down furniture? After reading positive reviews from others, we decided we would hold our noses and jump and see what happened.
I first contacted the folks at E-budget to ask about the availability of the furniture we wanted. The poor customer service guy had 4 calls from me in the space of an hour. I would ask about 1 thing and then forget to ask about something else. The gentleman
who assisted me was both patient, competent, and professional. That phone call did much to persuade me that I was dealing with a reputable company. My husband and I decided to order the furniture and we had it delivered 3 days later (when we asked for it to
be delivered). The delivery and set up were also both free which was really icing on the cake for us. I received an email from the company the night before the delivery letting me know when to expect the delivery the next day. I also received a courtesy phone
call 30 minutes prior to the delivery. The delivery came first thing in the morning (perfect since I didn't want to waste a Saturday waiting around), the delivery guys were professional, where careful with the furniture, careful with my house, assembled the
furniture quickly, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The furniture we received is lovely and perfectly suited to our needs. We especially love our sectional sofa which cost about 40% less than we would have paid somewhere else. I highly recommend
this company for your furniture needs!
