abysmal and rude customer service. incredibly late delivery

While the price of ibuypower's stuff is fair, the service I've gotten has been abysmal. After paying for building the system the next day and 2 day shipping, they never even started the build until the day it was supposed to be delivered.
Over a series of three calls with customer service and repeated promises of faster shipping (though a consistent refusal to refund my shipping costs) the computer is supposed to show up a week later. When I pay for expedited service I expect to get it, and when customer service agents continually offer false promises I know I won't be doing business with them again.
