Total Scam!

On the day I was supposed to receive my shirts, I checked their website, but there was still no tracking number. When I called, they explained that they had sent them to the wrong person. The apology was half-hearted...like "oh well, it happens. Deal with it".
I then had to deal with their "claims" person, Rebecca. Getting in touch with this person is nearly impossible! When I finally talked to her, she told me that she was the only person in the claims department, so she has a lot on her plate. Apparently, they screw up lots of orders!
Rebecca told me that she would get the shirts re-printed and re-shipped. Now it's over a week later and I still have no tracking number and no shirts. I've emailed and left voice messages for Rebecca, but she will not get back in touch with me.
This company is obviously a scam. I guess they're hoping that I'll get tired of fighting with them and just let it drop and they'll keep the $150 I paid them. That's where they're WRONG! I'm sure they've made lots of money this way, but it won't happen with me.
